Taiwo is currently a Senior Change Management Consultant with a boutique Managed Data Services organisation. Prior to this, Taiwo has held a number of senior corporate roles including Change Director, Group Human Resources and Corporate Services at UBS, Executive Director Operations & Group Consulting at Deilight – a niche change consultancy which prides itself on helping businesses create meaningful change, Head of Culture & Communications, Group Financial Crime Hub at NatWest, where she was responsible for the enterprise-wide culture transformation in relation to Financial Crime.

Taiwo has 15+ years experience in organisational change management and transformation, garnered across multiple roles in both the public and private sectors including the BBC, Transport for London, Legal & General, America International Group, AEG & RBS.

Taiwo is a well-regarded orator, an advocate for change and exemplary leader – She is a primary school board of governors co-chair, Ex co-chair of the London Gender Network at NatWest, and Ex co-chair of the co-inaugurated, first of its kind Global Black Professionals Network at NatWest Group.

 

Taiwo holds a 1st class BSc Hons from the University of Plymouth in Human Resource Management & IT and an MSc from the University of Oxford in Major Programme Management.
